1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the pkr345 platform, including the website at pkr345.win, the pkr345 Android app, and any other platform or service provided under the pkr345 brand. The Terms govern the relationship between pkr345 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers an account or uses the platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").

By accessing pkr345 and using any of its services — whether that is sports betting on cricket or PSL matches, playing slot games, visiting the live casino, playing fish games or bingo, or any other activity — you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr345.

pkr345 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a pkr345 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr345 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a business, agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pkr345 or have had a previous account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.

pkr345 may request documentation to verify your age, identity or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one pkr345 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

When registering your pkr345 account you must:

• Provide your real name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• Provide a valid, active phone number and email address that you own and have access to.
• Set a strong, unique password for your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Keep your account details up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your pkr345 account. pkr345 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

pkr345 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pkr345 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit / Credit Cards — where supported by your issuing bank
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallet services

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pkr345 balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank. pkr345 does not impose hidden fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pkr345 reserves the right to update minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of responsible gaming practice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and applies without exception. Before a withdrawal is processed, pkr345 may require identity and payment verification documents. Once verification is complete and the withdrawal request is approved, funds are transferred in PKR to your nominated wallet or bank account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. pkr345 does not guarantee specific processing times as these depend in part on the payment provider. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account balance.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

pkr345 offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games and bingo. Each product has its own specific rules which are published within the relevant section of the platform. These general Terms apply across all products in addition to any product-specific rules.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on pkr345 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. Odds are displayed in the format shown at the time of placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time of placing (commonly known as "past posting") will be voided.

pkr345 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error. In cases where a sports event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed according to the applicable competition rules, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform.

Live in-play betting markets are available during selected matches. Odds in live markets change continuously based on match progress. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the time you place a live bet. pkr345 is not responsible for connectivity issues on your end that may delay bet placement or result in a bet being placed at unintended odds.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on pkr345 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to determine outcomes. Game results are independent and random — past results do not influence future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles within the game information panel. pkr345 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way and accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time with live dealers. The results of live casino games are determined by physical actions — card deals, roulette spins, and so on — conducted in a live studio environment. pkr345 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on your end. If a live game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on pkr345's side, bets in progress will be settled according to the rules applicable to that game.

5.4 Fish Games & Bingo

Fish shooting games and bingo on pkr345 operate under their respective game-specific rules published within those sections. All PKR wagers placed in these games are final once confirmed. Bingo draws follow a fixed schedule displayed within the bingo lobby.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr345 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds and eligible games. The following general bonus rules apply across all pkr345 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkr345 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or products. Wagering on restricted games may not count towards meeting wagering requirements.
• pkr345 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have not yet been wagered will be removed from your account.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to clear bonus requirements, or collusion — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pkr345 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or tournament
• Any attempt to hack, tamper with, or exploit software vulnerabilities in the pkr345 platform
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed sporting event
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Registering an account with false identity information or on behalf of another person

pkr345 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected illegal activity. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeits all funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

8. Privacy & Data

pkr345 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions and verify your identity.

9. Responsible Gaming

If you set a self-exclusion on your pkr345 account, you must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

pkr345 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Provision of false or misleading account information
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion)
• Extended periods of inactivity (dormant account policy as notified to you)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr345 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel pending withdrawals and forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method after identity verification is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

pkr345 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and a smooth gaming experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. pkr345 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Losses arising from delayed bet placement due to network latency
• Losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues

In all cases, pkr345's maximum liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

pkr345 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use pkr345 after the updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
